摘要: 介绍了耐久型拒水PP/PE热黏合复合纤维的纺丝原料、纺丝设备、纺丝及后加工工艺流程以及各流程的关键参数,并对该纤维的拒水整理原理、技术以及工艺配方作了介绍。对该纤维的拒水性能和其拒水耐久性进行了测试。结果表明,耐久型拒水PP/PE热黏合复合纤维不但具有良好的物理机械性能、热黏合性能,还具有优良的耐久拒水性能,在医疗卫生领域具有良好的应用价值。

Abstract: This article introduced the spinning materials and equipment,spinning and post-treatment processes and related key parameters of the durable water-repellent PP/PE heat-adhesive fiber.The water-repellent finishing principle and technique as well as the recipes were elucidated.The water repellency of the fiber produced according to the above processes was tested.The results showed that the fiber has been imparted good mechanical and heat-adhesive properties,and excellent durable water repellency.It will find wide applications in the medical and health-care field.
