摘要: 在铂催化剂的作用下,利用端含氢硅油与烯丙基缩水甘油醚(AGE)的硅氢加成反应合成端环氧硅油中间体,然后用端氨基聚醚胺解开环,制得嵌段型聚醚/氨基硅油(BPEAS),对其进行了结构表征和棉织物整理应用实验。结果表明:使用BPEAS无需加入乳化剂,经BPEAS整理的棉布柔软效果、亲水性俱佳,有一定的抗折皱功能。
Abstract: With a Pt catalyst, α,ω-hydrogenpolysiloxane reacted with allyl glycidyl ether to form an intermediate, α,ω-diepoxysiloxane and polycondensation of this intermediate and aminopolyalkyleneoxide yielded the silicone amino-polyalkykeneoxide block copolymer(BPEAS). Then, chemical structures of BPEAS were characterized using IR and 1H-NMR; the performance was determined and investigated using Kawabate Evaluation System (KES), and other instruments. The subsequent results showed that BPEAS could provide a bulky softness, good wettability, and anti-wrinkle property for the treated fabric without the emulsifier.
