摘要: 根据弹性纱线拉伸试验应力与应变曲线的特征,运用指数拟合的方法,建立弹性纱线的应力与应变关系指数的数学模型,模型的相关系数R表明所得的关系是可靠的。结合弹性纱线的物理结构,建立弹性纱线应力应变的统计物理模型,得到与数学模型相似的应力应变关系。在此基础上,定义描述弹性纱线品质的2个指标。实验表明,2个品质指标所评价弹性纱线品质与实际相符合,在实践中具有一定的应用价值。
Abstract: According to the elastic yarn pulling test stress and the strain curve characteristic,an elastic yarn stress and strain mathematical model was established using index fitting method,Correlation coefficientRof the model indicated that the obtained relationship is reliable.Then based on elastic yarn physical structure,a stress and strain physical model has been developed theoretically.The stress-strain curve obtained by this model is similar to that by the mathematical model.On this basis the tow quality parameters describing elastic yarn quality parameters are defined,and experimental results reveal that the elastic yarn quality obtained by the quality parameter evaluation is in good agreement with the actual yarn quality,showing certain application value in practice.
