摘要: 对影响缝纫质量的重要指标——缝纫皱缩的预测方法进行探讨。选择16种典型面料,在FAST织物风格实验基础上,运用主成分分析法将面料的各项力学性能指标综合为3个主成分分量。通过缝纫实验,运用主客观方法评价织物缝纫后的外观质量,并借助于灰色模型研究以面料性能主成分分量为相关因素序列的缝纫皱缩预测模型,经检验,模型具有较好的精度。

Abstract: The method that can predict the seam puckerone of parameters to affect sewing quality is discussed.Sixteen typical fabrics are selected.FAST testing system is used to get some main mechanical properties of these fabrics,out of them three principal components are integrated by means of principal component analysis(PCA).The seam pucker is evaluated by subjective and objective methods.Grey prediction model of seam pucker is developed on the parameters of principal components,which is valid by test.
