摘要/Abstract

摘要： 介绍用于处理涤纶篷布的抗静电剂的生产工艺自动控制系统。对自动控制系统硬件组成原理及软件控制进行了详细叙述,并对采用自动控制系统生产的抗静电剂处理的纯涤纶涂塑篷布的抗静电性能进行实验、对比、分析。结果显示,该系统运行可靠,用该自控系统生产的抗静电剂处理纯涤纶涂塑篷布,其抗静电性能有明显的改善。

Abstract: This article introduced the automatic control system for the production of the antistatic agent for polyester tent fabrics,and described the principle of the hardware make-up and the programming of the software of the automatic control system.The antistatic property of the plastic coated polyester tent fabrics treated with the antistatic agent produced using automatic control was tested.It demonstrated through comparison and analysis that the antistatic property of the treated fabric has improved remarkably and that the automatic control system operates reliably.
