摘要: 为了改善亚麻在染色方面的缺陷,对亚麻织物进行接枝改性。研究了等离子体处理引发亚麻接枝丙烯酸的接枝共聚物和接枝机理,采用红外光谱、热分析、激光喇曼光谱对接枝共聚物进行了表征;利用扫描电镜照片分析了接枝共聚物的结构;采用核磁共振对接枝机理进行了探讨。实验结果证明等离子体引发亚麻接枝丙烯酸反应的可行性。

Abstract: The linen fabric was grafted for the improvement of its dyeing behaviors. The graft-copolymer and mechanism of linen fabric that was grafted acrylic acid via plasma initiation were studied. The graft-copolymer was analyzed with infrared spectrum,thermal analysis,laser Raman spectum,and its structure was analyzed with scanning electron microscope. The mechanism of grafting was discussed with the testing of nuclear magnetic resonance. The feasibility of grafted acrylic acid via plasma initiation onto linen fabric was proved through these kinds of test.
