大豆蛋白质纤维的超微结构

摘要: 为了查明影响纤维性能的各级结构特征,利用JSM5600型扫描电子显微镜对大豆蛋白质纤维的形态结构和超微结构进行探索,并观察到了大豆蛋白质纤维的巨原纤结构,这些巨原纤的平均直径在1μm左右,它们之间存在着较大的缝隙和孔洞。

Abstract: For the performances of the fiber were determined by its all levels strcture,the ultrastructure and the morphological structure of the soybean protein fiber were analyzed under the scan electron microscope JSM-5600. And the giant fibril structure was observed,its diameter is about 1 μm, there are bigger holes between them.
