摘要: 根据实际生产过程中遇到的如何判断电子提花龙头好坏的问题,提出了相应的方案———电子提花龙头检测器,把它作为检测电子提花龙头质量的手段,能够降低电子提花龙头成本和提升产品的竞争力。在理论设计并解决多种技术难题的基础上设计了一种基于Samsung公司的S3C44BOXARM处理器的检测器,在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。

Abstract: Based on the quality judgement problem of electronic jacquard during the process of producing electronic jacquard,a method of electronic jacquard detector was brought forward. It could be used for a resort of detecting the quality of the electronic jacquard,improved the quality of electronic jacquard,reduced the latter product maintenance and the cost,raised the competition of the product. With the resolve of some technique problems,provides the design of a kind detector based on S3C44BOX ARM,and it has made a good effect.
