摘要: 在丙烯酸类树脂包埋剂的特性基础上,研究了一种基于预聚技术的树脂快速包埋技术,以缩短包埋时间和减少树脂收缩的处理过程;介绍纺织纤维截面树脂切片的制作过程;最后对木棉和涤纶中空纤维截面树脂切片和哈氏切片的显微图像及其纤维截面特征参数和分布进行对比,并给出部分纺织纤维截面切片图像。

Abstract: The characteristics of acrylate resin embedding are introduced,and a quick embedding method based on pre-polymerization technique is researched with a view to reducing the shrinkage and embedding time of resin.The slicing procedure for textile fibers is described.The micrographs of resin slice and Hardy′s thin cross-sections of hollow polyester fiber and kapok are obtained and their cross-section characteristic parameters are compared.And micrographs of cross-sections of some textile fibers are presented.
