Abstract: This paper presents a simplified method to describe the angle-interlock woven fabric construction.After studying the angle-interlock woven fabric construction,utilized the interrelationship of parameters of the weave,and obtained a method to represent the warp threads interlacement with a fractional formula and the weave and weaving plan.The method is more efficient and accurate in weave making and may be used to replace the conventional method which uses the schematic diagram to get the weaving plan.Furthermore,it has laid a foundation for CAD design.
