摘要： 针对大麻织物染色性能差的问题,利用不同浓度的烧碱溶液对大麻织物进行处理,观察并测定碱处理后大麻织物的吸湿率、吸水率、染色及其力学性能的变化。实验结果表明:碱处理后大麻纤维的吸湿率、吸水率、上染率都有明显增加,且大麻织物对活性染料的固色率和K/S值都有提高,有利于大麻织物染色性能的改善;但由于高浓度碱处理会引起织物抗弯刚度的增加,导致大麻织物手感变差,所以在对大麻织物进行碱处理时要注意选择适当的工艺。

Abstract: In order to improve its poor dyeing properties,hemp fabric is treated by sodium hydroxide with different concentrations,and the moisture regain,water absorption,dyeing and mechanical properties of treated hemp fabrics were examined.The results indicate that the moisture regain,water absorption,dye-uptake rate of treated hemp fabrics are improved,and fixation yield andK/Svalue of hemp fabrics are enhanced when dyed with reactive dyes.Caustic mercerization is good for improving the dyeing properties of hemp fabric.However,caustics mercerization ccan also result in bending rigidity increased.It leads to worse handle of hemp fabric,so it is necessary to choose an appropriate process for its sodium hydroxide treatment.
