摘要: 用丙烯酸微波低温等离子体对聚酯膜进行接枝改性,并通过依次改变丙烯酸微波低温等离子体处理气体压力、功率和时间三因素优化出了处理聚酯膜的最佳工艺条件,并用此工艺条件对涤纶织物进行了水洗效果测试,同时用红外谱图和电镜照片进行了表征。研究表明,丙烯酸微波低温等离子体对聚酯膜有刻蚀作用,处理后可将丙烯酸接枝到聚酯膜上,证明将丙烯酸气体的微波低温等离子体直接作用于材料进行表面改性是可行的。

Abstract: The graft modification of PET film with acrylic acid initiated by microwave low temperature plasma was carried out and the best process conditions were optimized by varying the time,power,and gas pressure of the treatment.The washing effect of the polyester fabric was tested with these process conditions.The characterization of the fabric was performed by means of IR spectrum and SEM photographs.The results show that microwave low temperature plasma have an obvious etching effect on PET film and acrylic can be grafted onto the surface of PET film after plasma treatment.It proves that the surface modification of PET is feasible by direct acting to the material surface with the microwave low temperature plasma gas of acrylic acid.
