抗菌型多功能聚酰胺纤维的结构与性能

Structure and Properties Research of Multi-antibacterial Polyamide Fibers

摘要: 抗菌型多功能粉体添加到高聚物熔体后纺丝成纤,使纤维能同时具有高效抗菌、远红外发射和负氧离子功能。本文对添加抗菌型多功能粉体聚酰胺纤维的结构性能及功能性进行了研究。通过电子扫描显微镜和能谱测试、X射线衍射、热分析及红外光谱实验,结果表明抗菌型多功能粉体的加入对聚酰胺纤维的结构性能有一定的影响;纤维的功能性测试结果显示,添加有抗菌型多功能粉体纤维的抗菌性能非常优越,同时远红外发射和负氧离子发射功能也具有很好的效果;抗菌型多功能粉体添加比例为2%时,聚酰胺纤维具备很好的结构稳定性和多功能性。

Abstract: Taking the multi-antibacterial powders added into the polymer, after melt spinning into fibers, to make the fibers have high bacterial, far-infrared emission and negative oxygen ions features. This paper has studied the structure and multi-function properties of the polyamide fibers. Through scanning electron microscopy and spectrum tests, x-ray diffraction, thermal analysis and infrared spectroscopy, the research results indicates that the addition of the multi-antibacterial power has a certain affect on the polyamide fibers; functional testing results show that the multi-antibacterial polyamide fibers have excellent antibacterial effect, while far-infrared emission and the negative oxygen ion emission features also have good effect; and when the added proportion is 2%, the polyamide fibers have good structure stability and multi-function.
