基于混凝-吸附-氧化法的印染废水处理

摘要: 针对印染废水处理难度大,处理工艺复杂的问题,为了提高其处理的效率,研究了混凝-吸附-氧化法处理印染废水的工艺条件,结果表明:将水样pH值调至5,以1000mg/L聚合铁(PFS)为絮凝剂,150r/min快速搅拌1min,60r/min慢速搅拌15min,静置30min,澄清后出水投加20g/L活性炭和0.2μL/mL双氧水,25℃条件下350r/min搅拌60min, 其出水指标为:COD为119mg/L,色度为39倍,其中色度达到GB4287-92一级排放标准,COD达到GB4287-92二级排放标准。

Abstract: For difficult and complex process of dyeing and printing wastewater treatment, in order to improve the efficiency, The technological conditions of the dyeing and printing wastewater treatment by Coagulation-adsorption-oxidation were studied.The result showed when adjusting the pH of the wastewater to 5,using 1000mg/L PFS, reacting for 1 min with 350r/min agitation and 15min 60r/min agitation and standing for 30min,the effluent using 20g/L activated carbon and 0.2μL/mL H2O2 reacting for 60 min with 350r/min agitation by 25℃, the index of the effluent: COD was 119mg/L, the color degree was 39 folds. The rate I according to GB4287-92 of the color degree was attained, the others was rate II.
