摘要: 为了拓展红曲红素的应用领域,本文将红曲红素应用于蚕丝织物染色,分别探讨了pH值、媒染剂用量、媒染方式对上染百分率和K/S值的影响,并研究了染色后织物的皂洗牢度和耐光牢度。研究结果表明:稀土氯化镨具有较强的配位络合作用,能与红曲红素分子和纤维形成络合结构,从而显著提高上染百分率和K/S值,染色后织物的皂洗牢度达到4级,耐光牢度可达到3~4级。优化染色工艺配方为:采用氯化镨同浴法媒染,媒染剂用量为1g/L,pH=3,浴比1:30。
Abstract: In order to widening the application domain of monascorubrin, the dyeing of silk with monascorubrin was researched in this paper. The effect of pH, mordant concentration and mordanting method on the dye uptake and K/S was investigated. The washing-fastness and light-fastness of the dyed samples were also researched. The results indicated that the rare earth could form a complexation with the monascorubrin and fiber, which improved the dye uptake and K/S. The washing-fastness of the dyed samples was 4 grades. The light-fastness was 3~4 grades. The optimum dyeing formulation was simuhaneous-mordanting, mordant concentration 1g/L, pH=3, liquor ratio 1:30。
