阳离子红X-GRL与聚合物乳液的相互作用

Interaction of cationic red X-GRL with polymer emulsion

摘要: 本文利用电导法和表面张力法对染料与聚合物乳液混合液的电导率和表面张力进行了测试,并与纯染液或乳液的电导率和表面张力进行对比。结果表明,在聚合物乳液中加入低于缔合浓度的阳离子染料后,能使乳液的电导率增加。在高于缔合浓度的染料溶液中加入聚合物乳液,同样能增加混合液的电导率。在远大于缔合浓度的染料溶液中加入聚合物乳液,混合液的电导率低于染料溶液的导电率,说明染料离子在乳胶粒表面的吸附降低了乳胶粒的导电能力。此时,混合液的表面张力比染料溶液和聚合物乳液低,可能是染料离子与乳液中的表面活性剂在气/液界面上形成了复合物,降低了混合溶液的表面张力。

Abstract: The interaction of cationic dye with polymer emulsion was analyzed using conductivity and surface tension measurements. The results show that adding X-GRL concentration lower than its aggregation concentration to the polymer emulsion could increase the conductivity of mixed emulsion and, adding polymer emulsion to X-GRL solution higher than its aggregation concentration could also increase the conductivity of the mixed solution. The conductivity of the mixture of polymer emulsion with X-RL solution which the concentration was much higher than its aggregation concentration was lower than those of X-GRL solutions with same concentration, which indicates the adsorption of X-GRL on the surface of polymer latex reducing the conductivity of latex. And, the surface tension of the mixture was lower than those of the dye solution and the polymer emulsion due to the formation of a complex of dye ion and surfactant in the emulsion at the air / liquid interface.
