Abstract: Lu brocade has the distinct cultural feature of Qilu region. Based on the investigation of Shandong Lu brocade, from the perspective of cultural thoughts of Confucian, analysis the color beauty, pattern beauty and implies beauty of Lu brocade, think of the unique aesthetic of Lu brocade depends on its consciousness contact with the Confucian tradition culture. The color of Lu brocade is elegant, gorgeous and harmony, the pattern is abstract and with great rhythm, it contains abundant auspicious implies, reflects the concepts of Confucian: "benevolence", "ritual" and "nature and humanity", etc. Lu brocade is the Material crystallization of the Confucian tradition thoughts. It has practical significance to understand the Confucian culture spirit by Lu brocade: Confucianism pursuits of perfect personality, pays attention to interpersonal harmony, emphasizes on the virtue of diligence, virtue of brave and the spirit of self-renewal, all of this is the eternal spirit need of modern people.
