摘要: 论文采用正交试验,对长度30mm以下的超短羊绒进行了基于精梳毛纺系统的纯纺制条,确定了工艺再造的最优配置条件:开松辊表面配置1对工作辊/剥毛辊单元、胸锡林配置2对工作辊/剥毛辊单元、大锡林配置4对工作辊/剥毛辊单元,去除莫雷尔除草辊,锡林针布齿密398齿/吋2,道夫针布齿密403齿/吋2,绒条出条定量8g/m。试验结果显示:在最佳条件下获得的超短羊绒精梳条纤维长度平均损伤<0.5mm,毛粒<16个/g,达到了后道进一步纯纺精梳高支纺纱的要求。
