摘要:
冷转移印花技术有圆网印花的高产量和低成本优势,同时具有媲美数码直喷印花产品的高品质,极具发展潜力。文章从冷转移印花的工艺特点出发,分别从转印纸这个转印载体的制造,湿态前处理以及转印设备这三个着手出发,以实验数据为依据对生产细节进行优化控制。通过对冷转移印花工艺、设备装置和应用领域的不断创新,探讨新印花加工技术,随着锦纶和涤纶面料冷转移印花工艺的开发,突破了转移印花对纤维品种的应用限制,拓宽了转移印花在服装和家纺领域的应用。
