Abstract:
In order to prepare functional nanofiber products, polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and UV absorber (UV531) were chose as raw materials to prepare pure PAN and mixed PAN/UV531 nanofibrous membrane by electrospinning. The morphologies, chemical and UV-protectionl performance were analyzed using scanning electron microscop, Fourier transform infrared and UV transmittance analyzer. The results show that the presence of UV531 decreas the diameter of PAN/UV531. Infrared spectra of PAN and composite nanofibers all express the characteristic peaks of PAN, indicating that the addition of UV531 does not change the interior structure of PAN. In addition, the addition of UV531 enhances the UV-absorptoin perfomance and UV-protection performance, and with the increasing of UV531 content, the UV-absorption value and UV pretection factor (UPF) increased, while the transmittance of UVA and UVB decreased. Hence, the PAN/UV531 composite nanljibers are excellent anti-ultraviolet products.
