Abstract: According to the characteristic of fine-count polyester, the material and carding machine clothing were chosen reasonably.And the light quantity,close setting and low velocity were used,the yarn's neps was reduced availably.In order to prevent the damage of fiber,reduce yarn thickness and improve the even degree of fine-count polyester blended yarn,the technological parameter of every processing were adjusted and optimized.
