Abstract: In the garment pattern design,the biarc segment is used to connect two given points while satisfying their tangent directions respectively.The biarc technique is simple to use in designing and the shape of biarc can be modified by adjusting two endpoints.This method enriches the garment style and increases the diversity of garment pattern design.
