Abstract: High stock and low customer service level(CSL) is a common problem existing in Chinese garment enterprises.An effective way to solve the problem is to establish a mechanism of quick response of apparel supply chain for collaboration.This paper analyzed the causes of the problem,set forth solution methods,and discussed the related matters including apparel design,product development,logistics,distribution and IT.
