Abstract: The spinning liquid is prepared by dissolving synthetic resin into dimethyl acetylamide(DMAc) with potential crosslinking agent FJLJ in substitution for traditional chemical crosslinking agent and then spun into fibers. The fibers are treated to impart them three dimensional network structures, thus copolymethacrylate fiber(CPMAF) with oil absorption function is obtained.By controlling the monomer ratio, crosslinking agent concentration and crosslinking conditions,a copolymer fiber which has better absorptive ability and quick absorptive speed for specific kinds of oil is prepared, whose per gram fiber maximum absorbency of kerosene, toluene and chloroform is 8.00 g kerosene/g fiber,15.00 g toluene/g fiber and(34.75 g chloroform/g fiber) respectively. The structures of the copolymer(CPMA) and the fiber(CPMAF) are examined by dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA),thermogravimetric analysis(TG),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),gel permeation chromatography(GPC) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).
