Abstract: Aiming at the needs of production information technology and network development of textile enterprises,a kind of loom on-line monitoring and networking management system based on C/S model was designed,which makes use of an intranet linking the computers of all production shops with computers of management offices with the host computer in charge of monitoring and other computers executing control of production quantity and quality of each procedure.The actual problems encountered during designing and solutions are presented along with applied analysis of the system which satisfies the practical production demand and raises the work efficiency of textile enterprises.The design plan realizes the networking management from preparing production plan to production process control and to statistics of production data.
