Abstract: Based on the structural characteristics of polypropylene(PP) fiber and the features of spinning technology for its fully drawn yarn(FDY),the spinning finish TF-730A for PP FDY was developed using polyglycol fatty acid ester as the backbone and other surfactant monomers as additive.The finish agent exhibits good binding,antistatic,moisturising,lubricating,smoothing and abrasive resistant properties.When applied to spinning PP FDY,it can fully meet the process requirements.
