Abstract: A structural model of the yarn passing way during winding and waxing attachment was developed and the mechanics and data analysis were used to explain the model.Based on waxing experiments on winding frame model M1332,the optimum parameters of the structure of waxing attachment and wax components were got. It has provided a basis for spinning mills to select a waxing attachment with the best ratio of performance to price in both theoretical and practical aspects.
