Abstract: To explore the production system of garment mass customization in theoretical and practical aspects,a framework of garment mass customization was proposed based on analysis of the systemic theory and the results of on-spot survey of some garment enterprises in Zhejiang,along with the supporting technologies,such as design,management,manufacturing,and integrated information & communication.They form a typical technological system of garment mass customization and its feasibility was discussed in combination with the above mentioned survey results.And it is considered that in the developed areas in China in terms of the garment industry,necessary conditions for implementing garment mass customization are already available.
