Abstract: Porous nonwoven can be constructed by electrospun micro PLA fibers,On the basis of determination of electrospinning parameters, the influence of substrate on the microstructures and mechanical properties of PLA felt is investigated. The results show that PLA /dichloromethane solution with a mass concentration of 11% can be electrospun into continuous, slick and uniform fibers. When electrospun silk fibroin or polyamide fiber nonwoven is used as the substrate,PLA fibers will become finer and distributed on it evenly, turning it into a porous mat.The elongation strength at break of the PLA fiber composite nonwoven mat has improved significantly.
