Abstract: By analyzing women′s breast forms and the fitting idea of seeking healthy shape,this article investigates the composition characteristics of the bra cup,including front and backside part,front center and shoulder strap,etc.,and the effect of reasonable selection of material on wearing comfort.It considers that the structure design of each part is the basis of the whole bra shape.The prototype design of bra structure,basic elements of basic pattern designing and points for attention are discussed from the requirement on shaping and fitting along with trial production the sample of shaping bra.It is emphasized that bra comfort and shaping are mostly depended on the reasonable structure design and proper elastic material.
