Abstract: A new optimized fashion design process model is put forward, i.e., substituting the integrated design method for the traditional linear design，and it will effecitively shorten the prcess of fashion design. According to the framework of fashion design process based on concurrent design, fashion design process is divided into several levels, and an effective multi-layers fashion design process model is created. By combining computer programmed calculating method with practical case, the time consumption of the new model is found obviously decreased as compared with traditional model. The practical value of fashion design process model based on the integrated environment is proven by both theory and practice.
