Abstract: In the study on the relationship between the ease allowance and elasticity of the fabrics for a given fitting style garment, according to assessment regulations, it is for the specialist to evaluate the static fitting and the wearer to evaluate the dynamic wearing comfort. Meta-Evaluation is applied to test the confidence level about assessment’s main body and the validity on assessment regulations and subjective evaluation results. The test results indicate that both the static fitting assessment made by the specialist and the dynamic wearing comfort assessment made by the wearer exhibit high confidence level and high validity, thus ensuring the effectiveness and correctness of the findings about the relationship between the ease allowance and elasticity of the fabrics for a given fitting style garment.
