Abstract: To produce a superior performance bamboo pulp fiber spunlaced nonwoven, the relationship between technical process and performance of bamboo pulp fiber spunlaces of 35g/m2 was analyzed in terms of material selection, web velocity and hydraulic pressure. Through analysis of fiber material, bamboo fibers of 1.67dtex×38mm were selected as the product materials. It is shown by analyzing the tensile strength at break, tear strength and appearance quality that the best technical parameters to produce bamboo fiber spunlaces were as follows: web velocity was 90m/min, water jet 1 pressure was 2MPa、water jet 2 pressure was 8MPa, water jet 3 pressure was 14MPa, water jet 4 pressure was 10MPa, water jet 5 pressure was 12MPa.
