Abstract: In this study, the self-assembly behavior of Rhodamine B (RB) in binary solvents was investigated. The self-assembly behavior of RB was checked by visible absorption spectra and RB aggregates with diverse morphology could be formed by tuning various ethanol/THF volume ratios according to TEM observation. Formation mechanism of supramolecular RB aggregates was discussed in this paper and influence of morphology of the formed aggregates on fluorescent property was investigated using fluorescence spectrophotometer.
