Abstract: To study the influence of adsorption capacity in the cellulose fiber when fusing Cellulose-binding Domain(CBD) into cutinase, we selected bleached cotton, viscose fiber, cellulose acetate fiber, and prey cotton knitted fabric, and had comparative tests about adsorption capacities between cutinase and cutinase-CBD. The results show that: after fusing CBD into the cutinase the binding protien amount between cutinase and cellulose fibers have inhanced. In case the glucose residue of cellulose hydroxyl groups are partially esterified, the impact of the introduction of CBD structure on the adsorption began to weaken. On condition the cellulose fiber surface is covered by the hydrophobic impurities, the adsorption capacity of cutinase-CBD decreased.
