Abstract: Focusing on the servo control of hosiery machines, this job proposes three acceleration control methods, then analyses their acceleration and deceleration performances, the possibility of program realization, the size of the computational complexity, and the merit and demerit. Through the comparative analysis, this paper gives the conclusion: the piecewise approximate uniform acceleration control method is the best method of the three. The practical operation shows that this scheme has superior performance in acceleration and deceleration and the system runs smoothly.
