Abstract: Aiming at the outstanding issues of production quota management in the mode of the multi-species and small batches garment production, the thesis puts forward a new method which combines the standard data with the learning curve. As to the standard data method, firstly, a database of standard time can be established according to different working procedures of the work categories, operating units, job content, and standard time. Next, while producing new style, clothes can be decomposed into different working procedures according to pattern, finding appropriate data to synthesize the standard time. The method of learning curve is to determine the volume coefficient by learning curves fitting of pipeline. Depending on the volume conditions, correction of standard working hours is done according to the volume coefficient, so as to meet the needs of dynamic management of working hours. The application of the combination of the two methods is proved practical through enterprise examples, beneficial for enterprises to achieve rapid response and accurate management.
