Abstract: Studied the production method of over the melting point, tested the main property which influence the use performance and discussed various performance of polypropylene solid-liquid separation membrane (PP-SLSM) at different temperature and time. The result shows that: when hot-pressing temperature below 165℃, the short fiber of base fabric didn’t melt by hot pressing; When hot-pressing temperature higher than 170℃, the short fiber melted and became a membrane which had many apertures and influenced the final use performance of PP-SLSM; When hot-pressing temperature reached 180℃, the membrane with dense apertures was damaged, the performance of PP-SLSM was changed too.
