Preparation of stabilized and concentrated K-type liquid reactive dyes

Abstract: Aiming at the existing problems of powdery dyes like dust pollution and its high inorganic salt content, the article has research the preparation of liquid reactive dyes. Take reactive yellow K-6G as the object of the research, the content of inorganic salts was reduced through the purification of commodity dyes,we measure the stable pH range of liquid dye,choose appropriate buffer solution to enhance the stability of the liquid dye,and selecting a suitable organic solvent to raise the concentration of the liquid reactive dye. The results showed that the stable pH range of liquid reactive yellow K-6G is 6-7.5, Tris+EDTA-2Na was selected for buffer solution and the consumption is around 5%,those were chosen for organic solvent like n-butyl alcohol, dimethylcarbinol, N, N-dimethyl formamide,also the dosage in 10% has good effect.
