Abstract: According to the concept of Happening Color , The combination of the sheared fabric ,the dyed yarn segment and the flocking technology which is based on the dyeing technology for dyeing the yarn. It can random intercept dyeing yarn cross section beam in subsequent manual pruning conditions and make the sheared fabric a freedom germinal color effects. The experiments are conducted to discusse the influence of the layer number of dyeing, the pruning technique, the color mapping and the hybrid color space to the final color effect. The results indicate that the sheared fabric based on Layering-Happening Color can do precise operation on handling the color-distribution, the color-level and the mixing of color space in the abatement process. It can produce color freedom of germinal in the multi-level, and To a higher level in the performance of the accuracy and fineness of the Pattern and texture. The use of Happening Colour can expand color design of fabrics from two dimension to three dimension, the rich change methods and change areas make a new color performance to the original concise and monotonous sheared fabric.
