Abstract: The evaluation of physical beauty is the research focus of clothing discipline, the physical beauty contains not only subjective feeling but also closely relation with the characteristics of body shape. Based on the measurement on 300 young women in Jiangsu-Zhejiang by 3D body scanning system to obtain human parameters and derived parameters, using the two-stage cluster analysis divide samples into three categories. The 5 human derived parameters are used as the objective evaluation index of physical beauty. Invite 10 garment professionals to evaluate the selected category samples’s 3D images. Make correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis of the subjective and objective index on evaluation of physical beauty, found that body mass index is the most important evaluation index, bodies having large breasts are easier to obtain higher beauty grade. The body having best beauty grade is that whose body mass index is 17.15kg／m2, chest-to-waist ratio is 1.29, waist-to-hip ratio is 0.737, body height-to-head height ratio is 7.95, waist height-to-body height ratio is 0.607.
