Abstract: C/SnO2 nanofibers with a core-shell structure were prepared by using coaxial electrospinning combined with sol-gel method. The morphologies of nanofibers were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and the tensile mechanical properties of nanofiber membrane were measured. The results indicated that the average diameter of the nanlfibers increased with the increase of the electrospinning speed ratios of core/shell, making the breaking strength and tenacity of fibrous membrane increased. When electrospinning speed ratios of core/shell was at 0.3 mL?h-1 respectively. The continuity of nanlfibers was better, and the nanofiber was uniform and smooth. The surface and the morphology of core-shell structure were obviously superior to the other two groups. The nanlfibers membrane had longer breaking elongation.
