Temperature control system of heated draw roll based on improved single-neuron PID

Abstract: Temperature stability and uniformity of heated godet roll shell are the key factors that affect the quality of chemical fiber drawing.In this paper an improved single-neuron PID controller is applied in the temperature control system of heated draw roll,and the control parameters can be adaptively adjusted under different setting temperature,speed and ambient temperature to achieve good temperature control performance.In addition,rotary temperature transmitter,thermostat and panel are designed based on C8051F series MCU.It is proved that the system is safe and reliable,has high temperature measurement accuracy, strong stability and anti-jamming capability, satisfactory temperature control performance after test and trial.
