Abstract: POE-g-GMA, PP-g-GMA and EVA were used as the compatilizers for PP/ TPEE blends, the dynamic rheological and phase behaviors of which were investigated by rotary rheometer. The experimental results showed that the complex viscosity, storage modulus and loss modulus for PP/TPEE/EVA blend were the lowest. Calculated from time-temperature superposition (TTS), the temperatures of phase separation for PP/TPEE, PP/TPEE/POE-g-GMA and PP/TPEE/PP-g-GMA were 220, 230, 240 and 250℃ respectively, the applicable frequency range of which were above 1.32, 0.15, 1.12 and 2.82 respectively. It was very obvious for the phase separation phenomena after the addition of EVA in blends, while the addition of POE-g-GMA improved the compatibility for the blends. The results of cole-cole curves were consistent with that of TTS curves, which were more accurate than TTS method.
