Abstract: Abstract Electrospinning is an economic and efficient way to manufacture nanofibers. As the application prospect of nanofibers becomes broader and broader, the manufacture of nanofibers by electrospinning has recently been a research hotspot all over the world. However, the conventional single needle electrospinning has a very low production rate, which limits the industrialized application of electrospinning nanofibers, so the promotion of the production rate of electrospinning nanofibers has become the most important research topic of the electrospinning technology. And the multi-jet electrospinning has become one of the most efficient methods to solve this problem. Many kinds of needle and needleless electrospinning methods has been introduced, compared and summarized in this paper, and the advantages and disadvantages of each method have been achieved. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the development of the industrialized electrospinning equipments and methods.
