Lean management of China' s textile industry based on new technical and managerial paradigm

Abstract: As an initiator of the Industry Revolution, the progress of managerial innovation of the textile industry is a reflection of management evolution. Based on Kuhn’s theory of paradigm, this paper defines the concept of agile and lean management and discusses its characteristics and development in a transition era——from industrial civilization to ecology civilization. Taking the cases of China textile industry managerial innovation, the objectives and strategies are presented.
