Abstract:
In order to clarify the effect of swirl nozzle on style and performance of fabric,conventional ring spinning and swirl nozzle ringspinning were used to spin yarns, respectively. Then the yarn were woven into fabric. The compression performance, shear properties, tensile and flexural properties of fabric were measured by KES and evaluated. The results showed that: the hairiness index, breaking strength and unevenness of swirl nozzle spun yarn are improved. In comparison with conventional woven fabric, the swirl nozzle woven fabric is more plumpish,thick, and stiff. When subjected to external force, the swirl nozzle woven fabric is more susceptible to deformation and elastic recovery is better.
