Abstract:
MnO2 was prepared by liquid phase deposition method, and PAN/MnO2 /DMF was used as precursor, and spun by electrospinning method. The structure and performance of nanodiber films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermal gravimetric analysis. The catalytic oxidation performance of nanofibers was tested in formaldehyde wastewater system. The results show the average diameter of the prepared manganese dioxide is 196.46 nm. With increases of manganese dioxide content, the average fiber diameter decreases. With the rise of voltage, the average fiber diameter decreases. When pH is 2 and temperature is 60℃, catalytic oxidation performance is the best. After 12 h absorption, 44.0% formaldehyde is removed, manganese dioxide fiber shows better catalytic oxidation performance of formaldehyde than manganese dioxide powder.
