Abstract:

Based on the widely used mother type method of knitting clothing structure design, and the technological design software for seamless underwear like Graph6 and Hengqiang characterized by the unit of loops, a design method of technological template for seamless underwear has been set up. And through sample knitting, the feasibility of this method has been proved. This method can be directly applied in the technological design software for seamless underwear in common use .It is simple, as a parent form also can be adjusted according to the style changes, suitable for all kinds of industrial production and tailor-made products, and has guiding significance for drafting the technological template , and improving design level and production efficiency for seamless underwear.
