Abstract:

In order to enrich the appearance effect of surface and inner layer exchangeable fabric, with the straightforward thinking methods of color effect using for surface and inner layer exchangeable fabric , surface layer and surface-inner layer color effect were designed innovatively. Firstly pattern was designed, then appropriate basic weave was selected, surface layer and surface-inner layer color effect were designed based on the weave, finally different fabrics were weaved accordance with yarn arrangement and loom drafting. The result show that : when the surface layer was designed by using method of color effect, part of fabric was pure colored and part of fabric was horizontal stripes; when surface and inner layer were designed by using method of color effect, the appearance of fabric was rich with diamond and longitudinal stripes.
